Stainless steel grating is widely used in chemical platforms (acid and alkali resistant), offshore platforms (salt spray resistant), and other applications due to its high strength (load-bearing capacity of 3-5 tons/㎡), corrosion resistance (316L material has chloride ion resistance >2000ppm）、滑り止め特性（摩擦係数 0.6 以上の鋸歯状表面）-。グレーティングを選択するときは、次の点に注意してください。
1. 材質 – 316L (モリブデン含有量 2% ～ 3%) は沿岸/化学プラントに推奨されます。 304 (クロム/ニッケル含有量 18%/8%) は一般に工業用途で使用されます。
2. 耐荷重 – 車両の通行には、厚さ 25mm 以上、間隔 40mm 以下の平鋼が必要です。
3. 表面処理 – 溶融亜鉛メッキ（亜鉛層 80μm 以上）は屋外での使用に適しています。鋸歯状の表面処理により、湿った環境での安全性が向上します。
4. 認証 - GB/T 700-2006 規格に準拠し、375MPa 以上の引張強度を保証します。
